Broad House Farm is a Grade 2 Listed Georgian Farmhouse set in 1.5 acres of beautiful grounds.
Access to the gardens and beautiful Worcestershire countryside on the doorstep. Peaceful and tranquil, a place to relax, enjoy walks and good food at the local village restaurants and tea rooms.
The Retreat offers Private Studio accommodation with access to a conservatory to relax together with extensive gardens. Comprising 1 King bed, a double sofa bed, an ensuite shower room, cloakroom and a kitchen area with sink, fridge, microwave, small oven with double hobb, toaster and kettle. ♻️
Table and chairs available in the conservatory and outdoors in the summer months.
The hot tub charges are included and Towels are provided for hot tub use.
The hot tub that is available for use by guests for minimum stays of 2 nights and is for your private use for your stay.
This has a Gazebo so is accessible in rainy weather.
Should anyone visiting you wish to use the hot tub please let us know as there will be a small charge. maximum 6 people.
We provide heating in the Retreat in winter months morning and evening which is included in the costs.
For winter months should you wish to use our snug and log burner during the day or evening we can provide logs and kindling for £10 a pack.
Cereals, bread, milk, butter and jams are provided in The Retreat for a light breakfast.
We can provide special hampers with Farm produce if required.
We have a sweet hamper with chocolates biscuits, treats and prosecco or a savoury hamper with cheeses, biscuits, and chutneys or ham/tapas.

Additional persons are payable when booking at £20 per night to cover the cost of bed linen, towels and continental breakfast.
Max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Children under 2 are free.
There is a fee for pets £15
The accommodation was newly opened in 2020.
Facilities also include a tv with free view, additional blankets and throws. There are games and books available for your use. Feel free to walk in our lovely gardens, there are tables and chairs and a barbecue.
We also have a fire pit and kiln dried logs and lighters are available for £10
We have outdoor games which may also be used.
We thoroughly clean the Retreat after each guest visit, wherever possible leaving space between visits. We clean and sanitize all areas, wash all linen, and clean utensils and equipment including fridge and microwave.
We provide anti bacterial soap and sanitizer for our guests to use together with towels, and cleaning equipment. We are always at hand should you need anything further.
Guests are welcome to walk in the extensive gardens. There are 2 ponds one with fish and the other is home to our Indian runner ducks. We also have free range chickens. Children are welcome to play in the gardens with adult supervision. We have swings a slide and a trampoline and outdoor games are available. The accommodation is suitable for less able guests as it is on the ground floor with only small steps to entrance and shower.
There is ample parking and access to the accommodation.
We Do Not have an electric charge point at this time but there are points in the local town nearby.
Please contact us should you wish to bring a pet. Dogs will need to be kept on a lead in the grounds as we have chickens and ducks.
We have outdoor play equipment and offer use of a barbecue and outdoor storage for your equipment, bikes, fishing tackle etc.
We are happy to help you plan your time at the retreat to enable you to see the local attractions or just enjoy relaxing in the gardens or local area.
We are available to transport you to and from local stations or the airport or to take your bags to your next place of stay if you are walking.
The retreat is well situated for many local amenities and attractions.
The village has a 2 fab restaurants The Chequers and the Entourage an Indian restaurant. There is also a small shop, post office and a lovely tea rooms.
For walkers the Retreat is situated on The Monarchs Way footpath.
