"This is a lovely place once you find it - it’s a bit off the beaten track. Nice gardens and setting but nobody there. The housekeeper met us as we arrived at midday but she didn’t know which room we were supposed to be in so sent us away and said check in was at 2. Our room was big enough with nice bathroom and separate terrace which opened onto the garden and pool area. Another couple arrived about 8.30 the following night and nobody was there to meet them. "The decor was so beautiful and the property was so spacious. Really appreciated how much cleaning equipment was available. Everything was perfect we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’re especially grateful to Irene who was so helpful the entire time we were in Alicante making our stay so much easier. The 24/7 helpline is great. I’d definitely stay again!"

"What a great break we had at this hotel, fantastic location and amenities. Their Staff however are their jewel in the crown. Nothing was to much bother, they were always smiling and attentive. Ricardo on the foyer bar was a very professional bar man. We attended the New Year’s Day lunch which was amazing, a special thanks to Alba. What a star, brilliant. I highly recommend this hotel in every way. And we will be going back in a couple of months."

"The Odyssey Rooms are absolutely superb! A great location by the port and about 3 minute walk from the beach. Everywhere is sparkling clean. We stayed in the double standard and it was a spacious room, plenty of wardrobe space and the TV has Netflix and Prime which was great as we could sign in to our account. It was my husband’s birthday while there and they left him a small bottle of fizz and chocolates which was such a thoughtful touch. The reception staff were great and really helpful. Check in was slick as we received an online form before we arrived. We will definitely stay at the Odyssey Rooms again and recommend to anyone coming to Alicante. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. "

"4nights over Xmas just me and the missus and a lot of friendly Spanish people brilliant.The staff were all excellent and very attentive,the food was varied and of very good quality.compliments to the kitchen.we have used this hotel many times and never disappointed.thankyou for making our Xmas special."
