B&B in Valencian Community

"Hotel was situated in a quiet area but close enough to the beach,supermarket and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Buffet breakfast and evening meal . Breakfast was included and good value with something for everyone. Evening meal was €20 per person but again you could eat as much as you wanted . Note that they do charge for water in the evening. The pool area is lovely with good sunbeds. Used the sky bar too with a small pool on the roof and comfortable seating. I travelled with a friend so we had a twin room which was clean and comfortable with memory foam mattresses and walk in shower which was hit and powerful. Disappointed that we didn't get a balcony as the hotel wasn't full and it would have been a nice touch by the hotel to upgrade us. They offered but wanted €60 so we refused . Bar staff were fab. Would stay again "

"This is simply an outstanding hotel. Beautifully maintained. Excellent rooms and great staff. Only negative comment is the bed comfort was not great - I had to use the spare duvet to provide a more comfortable experience to sleep on. "

"Wonderful stay in a great area! If you bring a car, you park in the garage right before the hotel entrance (it’s a one lane garage entrance that is used for both In & Out. You push the button to talk to the hotel & let you in to open the garage and then head to elevator to go up to ground level check in and let them know you have parked there. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of stores and restaurants (walking distance) and a 24hr mini market very close. The castle Santa Barbara is walking distance and a must see! You take an elevator to the top of the castle and once you get to the top you have amazing views and lots to see. There is also a small coffee/drink kiosk at the top but there is uneven terrain and it is a lot of uphill and in my opinion can be challenging with a stroller or if you have a hard time walking, but you can see a lot just from where the elevator takes you. All these wonderful things near the hotel are a bonus to a great hotel. The staff was very helpful and the hotel also has 2 washers and 1 dryer for guest use for 1€ to wash and about the same to dry. You must bring your own laundry soap. Don’t think twice! Book this place!"

"The Reception staff when we arrived were really welcoming and helpful. We had the penthouse superior room with city view ,adequate bedroom and bathroom,clean ,had fridge in room ,free safe ,free internet,provided with kettle &mugs when requested,extra pillows arrived within 5mins ,the balcony is Massive ,with two loungers ,2 chairs &a small table ( unfortunately no sun on balcony at this time of year) .will definitely be booking again ,on our next Benidorm holiday ."

"Rooms exactly as described on the hotel website. Staff very polite and professional. Breakfast is outstanding. The spa was closed when we stayed which Expedia hadn’t made us aware of. The hotel did not communicate this (the website front page didn’t mention it , it was in small print on one page of you clicked on the actual page for the spa). But Ramon was great and compensated us accordingly. In door pool is lovely and the gym is well equipped for a hotel!! Will return. "
