"Had a lovely 5 days away at Barry’s beautiful villa.Barry went above and beyond from communication to a lovely welcome pack.He arranged for his friend Peter to collect and take us back to the airport for a reasonable charge.Peter was lovely.Candy also helped us while we were away with taxis as it is a bit remote as in the mountains and we didn’t rent a car.And was happy to call around to find us a taxi and book activities if we wanted.Overall a wonderful holiday.Thankyou to you all.John and Sue"

"After our stay we did not get our €500 deposit back and they took another €150 from my credit card. They emailed saying that they’d taken it because of a “damaged or thrown away cot”. There was no cot in any of the rooms when we got there so we definitely did not damage one or throw one away. I have tried to contact the owner to dispute this but they are ignoring me. I raised this with Vrbo over a week ago and they told me they have escalated the issue but I’m currently down €650 which I cannot...

"The villa is lovely and set in a great location. It’s walking distance to bars and restaurants and we often caught the bus which is a short walk away, into the old town. The pool was enjoyed by all and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The games room was a bit tired and we didn’t spend much time in there. There were a few outdoor areas we found that hadn’t been cleaned and a couple of issues but communication from Sue was very good. Overall we had a lovely holiday. "

"A fantastic place to stay with everything that you could need and more. A really safe place for our 2 young children. Great communication with host and other point of contact in the area. Would love to go back to stay again."

"This place is absolutely disgusting and nowhere near like what it looks in the photos, we had 3 power cuts and potentially life threatening to one of the children we had with us as he needs power to take his medication. 14 hours without power we were locked in the villa as couldn’t get out the electric gates with very little water left and phone batteries on their last legs. I relayed all this information to the host who proceeded to completely ignore us. Completely filthy and nowhere near worth...

"This was our third stay at t this lovely apartment. Francesco is a wonderful and helpful host who really cares that his guests are happy. The apartment is very comfortable and we especially love sitting in the outdoor kitchen . Lovely pool and all very private and secure. It is in a lovely neighbourhood, very quiet, with just a short taxi ride into Benidorm. Francesco and his daughter are very happy to take you to the shop and wait until you are finished, as well as providing airport transfers....

"The villa is stunning and even better in person than in the pictures, we had 10 of us staying there and it never felt crowded or on top of each other. The host and cleaner we had brilliant communication with throughout and even was ok with myself and my partner viewing the villa at the start of the year. We finished our stay off by having our wedding on the roof top with 30 of our close family and friends which everyone said was gorgeous and the views to die for. Would 100% be recommending the...
