"Federico was the perfect host. The accommodations was very nice and clean and spa like.The surrounding area was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was available and was very good. Staff were nice and very helpful. Close to Tarcoles Bridge and Carrara National Park. Great opportunity to see birds and monkeys.I would highly recommend. Also the host went above and beyond to assist. I would definitely go back."

"I felt compelled to write a review, because the host, Irma, was so exceptional. She knew that we were coming in without a car, being dropped off by Taxi, very late in the evening, and it will be difficult for us to get any food that evening and for breakfast the next morning. So she happily offered to go to the grocery store and buy some food for us and put it in the fridge. Wow. Also, each day we would get fresh eggs from her farm, and fresh baby tomatoes. So delicious. "I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express near the San Jose airport in Costa Rica and had a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone needing quick access to the airport. The facility itself was fairly updated, and my room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the space felt clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. One of the highlights was the excellent fresh breakfast, which featured wonderful fruit and a variety of options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and quality service. I’ll definitely stay here again when traveling through San Jose!"
