"The location and property was nice. The view was very pretty. It was a very quiet winter getaway. I only had two concerns during my stay. The main problem was the main bed. It was very worn with two body shaped valleys and a hill in the middle of the bed. It was so uncomfortable, that I couldn't sleep in it. I had to sleep on the twin bunk bed. Secondly, it was pretty dusty (esp the curtains, blinds, and floors) and the couch was covered in dog hair. Finally, the owner never responded to any...

"This property has everything going for it.. It's a nice size for our party of two but easily accommodates more. Everything works as it's supposed to and it's fully equipped. Even my wife says it's spotlessly clean! HVAC works great and furniture is comfortable. Super location - easy to AC, casinos & restaurants & right on the Brigantine beach. Guests feel welcome as soon as they open the door and that feeling runs for the duration of the stay. Friendly, thoughtful hosts!! "

"Great location, close to Cape May and events we had scheduled. Host was wonderful, answered any/all questions I had about the stay and even referred us to a great pizza place. The place itself was wonderful, very clean, spacious, and bedrooms were the perfect size!! Loved the kitchen layout and attached seating. For an off season weekend rental in January, it was absolutely perfect in every way, even the cost. Highly recommended, it will not disappoint!!! "

"We have stayed at many other condos @ Summer Sands over the years. This by far has to be the best! It was immaculate, CLEANLINESS is 5 STARS, everything you could possibly need is available to you here. This was a quick getaway for us, and we did not have to pack, bedding, chairs, towels, boogie boards. Anne thought of everything for our stay. Pool, laundry room and covered parking for 2 cars are directly outside your front door. My teenagers were happy with their bedrooms, can't ask for more....

Parking is also cheapest I've had here. $8 Arrived for the snowstorm and made it that much better. Pool is out of commission so that was bummer. Overall would recommend. If you need casino, oceans and hard rock are 10-15 mon walk. "
