"Staff were excellent and were very helpful in assisting us especially on our transportation needs. The rooms are all very spacious and clean. However, basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided in the room but then you have to pay extra upon checkout if they were used and utilized during your stay which wasn’t explained to us at check in. Overall the stay was great. "

"I want to write a review because others' reviews also help me choose this resort. I really enjoy my stay at Red Clay resort. This is my fifth visit to Jeju but the first time I enjoyed myself with my family here. The manager was very cooperative and kind. I will highly recommend especially if someone is with family.
