"This stay was part of a family and friends adventure for a child's birthday as well as a couple of first time visitors to Jeju. We had a good time. The location was further away from the city than we have stayed before which came with the benefit of fewer tourists, however, it also meant it took us longer to get places. When we checked in, one of the meal cards for the second room was missing, however, when we asked for it, it was quickly corrected. Staff speak multiple languages, so...

"Staff were excellent and were very helpful in assisting us especially on our transportation needs. The rooms are all very spacious and clean. However, basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided in the room but then you have to pay extra upon checkout if they were used and utilized during your stay which wasn’t explained to us at check in. Overall the stay was great. "

"Not bad for the cost. Beware of parking issues. We booked with this hotel because they have a parking lot, but it was full by the time we arrived. We had to find street parking and it was difficult to find and physically park"

"The building exterior looks normal, however when you enter the building, it’s pretty obvious that maintenance is needed. Check in process was quick. Room needed a make over, carpet needed cleaning. From the rating, even tho it’s according to their standards, I believe it’s been over rated. "
