"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

"The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English and very helpful. The bed was firm, but missing a bottom fitted sheet over the mattress cover. The room is not large but adequate for a couple with two rolling bags. It was nice to have a washing machine to do laundry. The only thing that nagged at me was that I reserved a room with a double bed, but the hotel gave me a room with 2 twin beds. "The room was very clean and had a great view from the balcony. Due to the bad weather, I was not sure if the flight would take off or not so I checked out after 3pm. The hotel didn't charge me any extra fees and even informed me about my flight status time to time. The employees were friendly and welcoming. There was a good safety measures to avoid the spread of COVID-19. I had a great stay and next time I visit Jeju, I'm gonna definitely stay at Pacific again. Thank you for your great service. "
