The location was further away from the city than we have stayed before which came with the benefit of fewer tourists, however, it also meant it took us longer to get places. "The room was very clean and had a great view from the balcony. Due to the bad weather, I was not sure if the flight would take off or not so I checked out after 3pm. The hotel didn't charge me any extra fees and even informed me about my flight status time to time. The employees were friendly and welcoming. There was a good safety measures to avoid the spread of COVID-19. I had a great stay and next time I visit Jeju, I'm gonna definitely stay at Pacific again. Thank you for your great service. "
