"Well I liked the room and the pool and the customer service but too much crazy stuff happening through the night outside the hotel with other people staying at the same hotel a lot of noise and people staying there or not staying the up at all hours of the night but I liked the receptionists they gave smiles and didn’t give an issue about me asking for an hour extension to check my room but the hotel has too much traffic and drama not in involving the employees that have to deal with it "

"The front desk personnel were lovely, and they can only work with what they are given. But the room wasn’t as clean as I expected with old cereal and debris underneath the bed and the towels were dingy. The elevator floors were deteriorated and crumbling. And there were groups of people yelling and banging doors up and down the hall multiple times over my stay. "
