"We enjoyed the quiet beauty of the little cottage. The decor fit the home beautifully. Everything one could need was provided. Our dog enjoyed being able to get in the yard and chase her frisbee. Our side trips around the area were wonderful. Highly recommend. "

"The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. It was very clean and just a great place to stay. The very short walk to the beach was perfect too!! Not super close to the tourist attractions so it was wonderfully peaceful!"

"This property was a cozy, quiet and private home away from home when my family came to Williamsburg. The set up worked well for our family of five and could also be a perfect getaway for a couple."

"Beautifully renovated place within walking distance to shops, historic sites, and the beach. We didn’t receive the door code, and the host wasn’t answering the phone. But they were apologetic and it feels like that was a glitch. "

"Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed our time at your beautiful house. Everything was well kept, very clean, very organized. You can tell Armando really keeps up with the house and makes sure it is welcoming to guests. Very close to Williamsburg, Jamestown, etc. "

"Perfect place for our small family and dogs - clean, comfortable, quiet, well-appointed place with everything we needed for a few days. Lovely touches in and outdoors. Communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend if you want to get away from the world for a few days!"

"I stay in many VRBO’s and this is by far my favorite! The pictures honestly don’t do this beautiful home justice! Between reading on the dock and hearing the water hit the rocks, to waking up and seeing the water from your bed. Cool evenings in the hot tub with a glass of wine and a good book is the icing on the cake for this gorgeous home!I can’t wait to come back!Absolute perfection!"

"Great stay at this house in Va Beach with our dog. The house was clean, welcoming and comfy. It was well stocked for all of our needs and the proximity to a quiet beach along the Chesapeake is something that can’t be beat. Also, it was very close to a variety of great restaurants and lots of hiking options in First Landing State Park. We will be back!!"

"Very cute old house right on the beach but it needs some serious work.. if you open certain cabinet doors in the kitchen it hits the ceiling fan, they had the dryer door taped shut but of course it kept popping open so the dryer is unusable, stains on the carpets and wood floors, missing outlet covers, the back deck is seriously unsafe you feel it sway with any small movement and it needs a good deep clean the ac filter covers are caked in dust and they’re Cobb webs in a lot of the corners....

"It was the perfect location for a relaxing long weekend. The place is very nice, very clean, perfect for a couple, with a beautiful view on the river and beautiful sunsets. The screened in porch is great and we got to see bald eagles from the backyard. We will definitely come back off season for another quiet stay. "
