"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place."

"The property is good if you are looking for a “glamping” sort of stay. It’s deep in the mountains, 45 minute drive up from the main roads/stores. Upon entering the drive way is a hazardous rock which caused us a flat tire, and several others as we were told by the care takers. The inside of the house is very out dated. "Great communication with host. The house does need some upkeep. Not enough plates for our party of 9 to eat dinner. 2 of the oven burners did not work. The A/C did not work in one of the bedrooms. Lack of hot water in one bathroom and the kitchen. One of the pool tiles was loose and when my son stepped on it he fell into the deep end of the pool. House has good bones, but needs a lot of upkeep. The gate to the beach is barely holding on. "

Community is right off of main highway (traffic audible) at end of a short, dead end street with a few homes, businesses, warehouses or other metal buildings and parking lots with commercial vehicles - not inviting, comfortable vacation environs.
