"Everything was so great. Check-in was a breeze. Very helpful. We received a 20% off at Mason Cafe for breakfast, the food was yummy 😋 and the waiters were happy and friendly. We went both Saturday and Sunday because it was a great restaurant. Bad part is they are inly open until 2pm. We will book this hotel again "

"Fantastic staff/team at the hotel. Stunning views of downtown SF from the marina. It’s better to look at San Francisco, than to stay there. The hotel is tucked away from the freeway and all of Berkeley’s problems. I’ve always felt safe here compared to hotels closer to the city. The heating/AC unit didn’t work in my room and it took over a day to get maintenance to fix it. "

"We appreciated the clean appearance overall. The staff were excellent in every way. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the lounge area for relaxing and playing cards. The coffee/espresso machine is a nice touch. We stayed for two days while sight seeing and waiting for our cruise. A great space to hang out between adventures! We also appreciated the restaurant attached to the hotel. Very good meals and staff. "

"We checked in very late after a late arrival at the airport and were greeted warmly, and then very efficiently set up with our room keys and offered hot tea and hot chocolate. The room was clean and lovely and had a great view. We left our luggage in a locked room behind the front desk the following day and explored San Fran before heading back to the airport."
