"This is a cute, little cottage close to downtown Rogers. At the time of our stay, the house did need some maintenance. The owner did tell us they waiting for contractors to address a few issues that we noticed. This part of town has an old/historic feel to it. If you like the downtown square, then you will like this area. The only downside to the location are a busy gas station across the street, and a very busy railroad track as well. "Nice area sounded by nature close to bike trails and close to grocery stores and some restaurants. We drove to Bentonville to eat out. Inside is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable couch, primary bedroom mattress was firm and sheets are soft. The extra $60+ a night in fees/taxes is something to be aware of. "
