Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —> pretty sweet set up. "

"I enjoyed the privacy of the compound. The accommodations were very nice. I walked around the property and enjoyed the water features and other interesting buildings on the grounds. I'll be back next year during my annual trip to Bentonville. "

"We have lost count the times we have stayed here. We do know we were unable to come in 2023 due to other events going on and we sure missed it. This has become our home away from home and look forward to more stays here. On the 4th our grands were able to join us for a day in the water just chilling on floats by the dock. "Cottage was great and well kept, the pictures of the lake need to be updated on the listing as it was probably taken during the fall or winter when there is less brush. The walkway to the lake was beautiful but once down by the water the area was cluttered and not kept up. The area could use some clearing out and up keep. One of the reasons I chose these cottages is the cottage itself but also the lake being close and possibly being able to just chill down by the water but this was not the case....
