"Our stay was perfect! It is beautifully decorated inside and has a nice back patio with a grill and hot tub. The shower is a double one and very nice! It was a great place to stay! Jim’s razorback pizza had great food. "

"We brought our whole extended family out for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. Plenty of space for 16 of us and our dog Scooby. Beautiful property and weather. We enjoyed gathering together on the front and back porches and enjoyed the fire pit. David was very helpful and accommodating of our needs. We had a great graduation experience and made happy memories."

"We have rented many vacation properties, but this is the only one I’ve said, “I could live here!” If you want quiet peaceful surroundings this is the place to be. Steve made sure everything you might need was there. The bed is comfortable and kitchen has everything to cook a good meal. We passed on the huge fire pit as it was pretty windy, but next time for sure! We highly recommend for a totally relaxing get-away"

"The owners have worked to make this VRBO a comfortable home away from home. It is in an area that is close to shopping, food and places of interest. The owners were quick to answer any questions and replaced a hot water heater within a few hours of when the one there, had quit working. "
