"Being on the highway side, it was a bit noisy so kept the fan going all night. I had trouble getting hot water the first evening and was told it was because lots of water was being used at that time by guest. The location was super convenient for visiting my son in Fort Collins and having short drives to hiking areas. "

"After all the negative reviews I read I wasn’t sure I would enjoy my stay. My husband looks for the cheapest place to stay. Our room was clean, bedding clean. And the cleanest bathroom I have come across. No carpet was a plus in my book. Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was adequate. There are restaurants close if a person didn’t want this. I would recommend to stay here. Room was cleaned daily. Towels were thick and not thread bare like some stated in their review. I feel the negative...

"The cabin was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the back patio was really nice. The location was close and convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. The bathroom was very large and we had a jet tub, which was really nice, but the shower portion did not work well. My husband is 6'3 and the shower portion was extremely low. I am 5'7" and it was too short even for me. If you are ok with just taking baths, it is a really nice tub. "
