"They provided a room absolutely different from the one I booked. It was a tiny room for 1 person, while I booked a large room for 2 adults. Very dirty, window not closing, bad smell, absolutely inappropriate. I couldn’t stay there and had to drive back home in the night. They do not respond properly to my calls and messages. Huge amount of stress "
