"This is the most beautiful and grand hotel I have ever stayed in. Shaped like a palace, it glows beautifully at night and has the most exquisite rooms. They are extremely clean, well maintained and they have thought of all the little things throughout. Only downside is it is outside the city centre so finding food outlets or shopping is atleast a 20 min drive away - we went to the World Trade Park mall which was great. I would highly recommend a stay here and will be coming back myself when I visit Jaipur."

"What a delightful stay! This hotel is perfectly located close to the airport and offers easy access to exciting outstation trips to the breathtaking Rajasthani desert 🏜. While the interiors could use a little modernization, especially the hall carpets and mattresses on the 5th floor, the overall experience was fantastic! We did encounter a curious situation with what sounded like a torrential flow of water above our room on the 3rd floor, but the incredibly helpful reception team sprang into action, swiftly changing our room the very next day. Their responsiveness truly made a difference! As someone who prefers milder flavors, I was pleasantly surprised at how the restaurant staff went above and beyond to cater to my non-spicy preferences. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made dining a joy! Every member of the staff was courteous and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere that I cherished. I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return for another joyful visit!"

"Beautiful property - Grand and opulent. Love the water bodies all over. Our villa had private fountain and courtyard. Amazing mix of materials, colors, heritage, modern and water. And, add the ever smiling people to it, just simply beautiful. Service - Excellent. Everyone was so attentive & made me feel like a king living in a palace. There was a minor mis-communication, but it was rectified and they went above and beyond to made me feel good. The way they acknowledged & made it right was simply amazing. I would stay for the water & service there again. Food - We only tried Indian food there. Sukh Mahal BF was great, but felt few less items than Oberoi & Taj we stayed during the same trip in other cities. BUT, when I asked for a local dish that wasn't in the breakfast, the Chef made it for us in 15 mins and came out to serve it to. That compensated for everything else. Dinner there was done specially for us thru the barman after they closed, what a service, just excellent. Food was fantastic. We did Indian dinner in both restaurants. Their flagship Mohan Mahal decor, without lights and a water body in the middle, was one of the beautiful restaurant I've been to all over the world. Period. Food was very good, but could be great. It has a potential for a Michelin if they dial the food and service a bit to match the decor. Service was very very very good, but they need more training for a Michelin. Just some opportunities for improvement. Absolutely will stay again."
