"The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. I asked for a room where there would be the least amount of noise and the young lady that checked me in did her best to accommodate me. The area of the property that the room was in was mostly quiet except for a vehicle with a loud engine which they could not help. I did not have someone next to me on either side! The four star rating is mainly due to the linens and towels in the room....ALL OF WHICH HAD STAINS ON THEM!!! I always travel...

"This property is great for peace and quiet. The damage in the area from hurricane Helene has shut down a lot of trails, waterfalls, and parks. However, it is still very beautiful and we will continue to travel to the area and hopefully stay at this retreat again.
