"First off, the hotel was the only thing nice about the area. Booked a nonsmoking room, and it smelled like an ashtray. For the inconvenience they upgraded us to a better room that was great. Fantastic customer service. Breakfast was pretty good. They have to fix the hot water dispenser though. It takes about 5 minutes to fill a cup of hot water for tea. All in all, if I ever have to go to this area again, I’ll stay here. "

"My wife and I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Gadsden, AL, and had a wonderful, warm, comfortable stay after a long drive during the recent winter storm. When arriving to the hotel, all the stores and restaurants were closed due to the bad weather so we were disillusioned with the surroundings, however, when entering the hotel we were greeted by the friendliest person with the most warming smile at the front desk. Her name is Lynitte. She made us feel welcomed and assisted us with all the questions we had regarding our booking. She is a true professional and the epitome of customer service. Best Western is very lucky to have such a terrific representative greeting their customers coming off long road trips.
