The side doors, which are closest to the elevators, don't always unlock when the light turns green. Since i have ambulatory issues, the side doors were the best for me. I asked for a handicapped accessible room, which i got, but it still had a tub. Luckily, my husband was with me to help me in and out of the tub. The bed was too high so i had to stand on top of my suitcase to get onto the bed. The three staff members we dealt with were wonderful, smiling and eager to help.

Nice clean hotel brand that you can rely on for a clean room and nice bed. I won't stay anywhere else while on the road. They have a complementary breakfast but I don't eat early so coffee and fruit to go works for me.
