"Nice place. Basic, clean. 6 cottages overlooking a salt pond right behind coastal woods. 10 minute walk to Yepton Beach. 10 minute drive to St. John, but all routes lead thru narrow, pot-holed, 2-way traffic in poor residential neighborhoods. "

"We booked a two queen room, it was spacious, lots of closet and drawer space. The bathroom was also spacious. Room included a mini fridge, coffee pod machine (good coffee too), and a safe. There was also a balcony over looking the pool. The room was very clean. There is a small beach assigned to the hotel. It was a decent size and enough for the hotel guests. "The place is not modern however it was nice for what we needed. The water was hot, the a/c worked. The location was centrally located. We walked to Dickerson Bay which was about 20 minutes. The cab to town was $20 and it’s about 20 mins from the airport or a $25 cab ride. "

"The property was absolutely gorgeous, and the beaches and water are among the most beautiful I have seen. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. I highly recommend Coco's and plan on returning. One side note, take the steep incline throughout the resort seriously, it was no joke."

"South Point has a great position over looking the harbour & is a 20 minute walk ( or 5 minute cab) to pigeon beach which is beautiful (bring your trainers) The whole Island is unspoilt & the people are so lovely! We are definitely going back see you soon South Point!"

"We stayed for a week here and loved it. For us, the best part was the spectacular view of the sea from our Cove Suite room 2B, we were fairly close to the sea and had an absolutely clear view of it. Watching the sunsets from our balcony was also lovely. We thought the views from any of the 2nd floor rooms in Cove Villa 1, 2 or 3 would be as nice. The Cove suite rooms are lovely, very spacious and comfortable. The 3 beaches are all a little small, but very nice; the sea is quite peaceful, the water is warm and you can walk out quite a ways and still be only chest-deep. As other reviewers have mentioned, sometime hard to find an empty beach chair. All 3 restaurants are good, we would rank Cove as the best one, followed by Palm, followed by Reef. Cove is more of a fine dining experience, while Reef is more beach casual, with Palm somewhere in between. We also had a wonderful dinner (roast pork being the highlight) on the beach one night. You need to reserve tables a few days in advance, specially at the Cove. All of them are situated well in terms of looking out at the water. We were on the all-inclusive plan, but the a la carte prices for the restaurant are not crazily expensive, on our next visit we are not sure whether we will go in for the all-inclusive. The staff here are just wonderful, we would particularly like to thank Derah and Sparkel at the Palm, Kia at different bars and the Cove villa 2 housekeeper. All in all, a lovely relaxing vacation, we will be back!"

"Loved this resort! Everything was wonderful. Stayed here for six days. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived an immediate access to the facilities. The food was delicious and the views and private beach were wonderful! Special acknowledgment to Delia at the front desk and Lanie the restaurant hostess. The entire staff was very friendly and warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back. We took the all-inclusive package. The drinks were good. Not super strong, but good enough.My only con was that our room didn’t have the greatest water pressure in the shower? It was manageable. They even have an espresso/latte machine in the lobby! We are big New York coffee drinkers so that was a bonus as well. "

"This property was perfect for our family vacation. Mornings were spent having breakfast on the patio, enjoying the fresh sea breeze and cloud gazing - so relaxing! The location is ideal for getting an SUV type vehicle to explore the island or stock up on supplies. The host ensured that from beginning to end our trip was a success8t. Highly recommend for families looking for modern comforts while enjoying the Caribbean experience. "

OK, but some issues

"The property was very clean, but rather 'tired' in places. The apartment is located at the end of a block. It was reasonably quiet. We had a major issue in that the bottom bed sheet was badly ripped in one place. We reported this to the host, but we didn't receive a replacement. The toilet was unstable, so we had to be careful when using it. The floor of the shower was slippery. As there wasn't a shower mat, we had to use a bath towel on the shower floor to avoid slipping. This caused the towel to become stained. We were charged an extra 25 for this, which we did (reluctantly) pay. Finally, the internet was somewhat hit and miss."
