"This was a lovely, clean, and beautiful hotel set in a perfect spot by the water. All amenities are nearby including the ferry terminal which is walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and decorated beautifully. The highlight of our stay was the Mirart cafe downstairs which served delicious breakfast options which are included in the price of your stay. The staff in the cafe were very kind and attentive. 10/10 "

"Our room had nothing in common with the rooms shown in the photos; it didn’t have a balcony. The staff was very attentive and polite. There was a moldy smell in our room, and the room hadn’t been cleaned, nor were the sheets changed when we first arrived. Upon our request, the room was cleaned. The surroundings and garden were quite beautiful. Breakfast was good. "

They had upgraded my room which was even more spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary water and toiletries. I also had a fantastic view from my window, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s breakfast. The variety of fresh and delicious as always. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
