A big big thank you to Saja for being extremely helpful the entire time. She took care of all our needs, checked us in very punctually, ensured our 8 month baby was taken care of quickly. She not only helped us daily with any requests related to the hotel that we needed daily, but was also very helpful in helping us adjust to our new home in Yalova. Her exceptional customer service skills were a big reason of why we extended our stay for as long as we did at this hotel. Thank you again Saja. "

"Our room had nothing in common with the rooms shown in the photos; it didn’t have a balcony. The staff was very attentive and polite. There was a moldy smell in our room, and the room hadn’t been cleaned, nor were the sheets changed when we first arrived. Upon our request, the room was cleaned. The surroundings and garden were quite beautiful. Breakfast was good. "
