"Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. 10. katta bir odada kalıyorduk. Dinlenmeye gittiğimiz otelde dinlenemedik. 11. katta rooftop bar bulunmaktaydı. Otelin ses yalıtımı yoktu. Saat 3 e kadar yüksek sesle müzik çaldı. Bize 12 mekanın kapanacağı söylenmesine rağmen hiç bir değişiklik olmadı. Resepsiyonla her yarım saatte bir konuştuk. Hiçbir müdahalede bulunmadılar. Ellerinden birşey gelmediğini söylediler. Çok düşük bir puanı hakkediyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. "

"This was a lovely, clean, and beautiful hotel set in a perfect spot by the water. All amenities are nearby including the ferry terminal which is walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and decorated beautifully. The highlight of our stay was the Mirart cafe downstairs which served delicious breakfast options which are included in the price of your stay. The staff in the cafe were very kind and attentive. 10/10 "

They had upgraded my room which was even more spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary water and toiletries. I also had a fantastic view from my window, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s breakfast. The variety of fresh and delicious as always. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Hyatt House Gebze to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.
