"There was no hot water in our stay at the tail end of winter. The electricity went out at 2 am. The property was amazing but if you’re staying to be close to downtown this property is 20 mins away by car. In the summer our issues may not be as critical but in 50 degree weather it was an ordeal to shower with ice cold water. Piscina molto curata ed utile perché nella settimana in cui ho soggiornato qui, spesso, il pomeriggio al mare era molto ventilato, quindi ottima alternativa soprattutto per i miei figli di 6 e 10 anni che hanno apprezzato molto. "I had been looking at several villas in the area, but when I saw this one, I knew it was the one I wanted, however in the Vrbo brochure it says it is a short walk to the church, but it is a 15 minute drive, apart from that it looked good. On arrival I was greeted by Salvo who was lovely, his English was not great, but I am trying to learn Italian so it was good practice for me. The villa was even better than it looked. A good size pool along with excellent accommodation, and plenty of Bathrooms...

"We had a great time at the house of Michele. First of all, the house is perfectly located close to the highway, the city of Ispica, the beach, etc. As it is in the middle of an old farm, it is at the same time quite and green. The house itself is fully equipment, in very good condition and perfect for a family. Our son loved the bed "in the wardrobe". The highlight is the huge pool in best condition.
