"A fantastic place to stay! We loved our short stay here, amazing hosts who were really friendly and helpful in settling us in. A comfortable and well equipped holiday let in a fabulous location, near the beach and golf courses. Our dog loved the enclosed back garden and woodland paths to the village and beach. "A perfect property for an extended family holiday. The apartment is above a pub in the centre of town. 2 mins from the beach and across the road from a park and gardens. An excellent ice cream parlour, and chip shop downstairs a brilliant coffee shop round the corner and plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Plenty of space for 8 people and dogs. The first night - Saturday was rather noisy as the pub had a live band we were all so tired from the journey that we were not too...

"Great location with almost everything in NB walkable . Facilities were very clean, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Stairs were noted in property description and definitely an issue if you had significant luggage. Also a bit of concern on the cleanliness of hallway and staircase area which is not necessarily the owner’s fault . "To say this was a fantastic, magical trip really doesn't do it justice. Andrew and Gordon, our hosts- were impeccable, helpful, professional and friendly. North Berwick is a history lovers paradise. The trains are easy to use and 5 min away from the property. The 'manor' is huge, spotless, has everything you could possibly need to cook, chill, watch a flick, or just have a cup of tea and read.
