"Liked the view from the room window accross the loch, and has a great location only a few minutes drive from fort william. The staff were friendly especially the cleaner who came running out after me to say id left my toothbrush behind. Not too impressed by the room itself though, it was a bit tired looking with stains on the carpet and rusty brown bits in the shower screen. Also the walls are thin enough to clearly hear neighbouring guests. To be fair it wasnt an expensive hotel so its not bad...

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). It is incredibly beautiful, and the service is second to none. Quiet hotel, one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, the food was delicious - I really can't fault it. Worth every penny. "Have stayed in this hotel several times and am never disappointed. The hotel is in an excellent location and is always very clean. I also appreciate how close it is for walking into the town. I would like to mention that the staff were once again very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. I plan to go back to Oban soon and I know this will be the hotel I use again next time."
