"It was great, quiet and clean plus a ceiling fan. The hot water was good at night. Hot in the morning, I was happy. I will definitely go there again!"

"A lovely hotel really well located. The only issue I had was with noise from construction, but we were warned. The room was tastefully renovated, the amenities were lovely (pour over coffee setup in the room). Staff were friendly."

"The remodel turned out very nice. It needs some art on the walls though so it doesn't feel so sterile. TV was impossible to figure out to just watch local network news. Wish hotels had more hooks to hang jackets. No full length mirror was a disappointment "

"Perfect place on upper State Street! This is a wonderful hotel. It looks very modest from the street, but the rooms are well designed, refurbished, and charming. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking spaces can get a bit crowded but it’s Santa Barbara! Shopping center across the street, restaurants waiting 2-5mins walk."
