"Very clean and comfortable rooms with essentials available. Toiletries provided were good quality and smelled so good. You can hear the neighboring guests walking and pulling the window shades open which woke me up a few times. But other than that, we had a great time. "

"Cute spot. Would have liked to have a fridge in the room. Love that it's pet friendly. Cleaning ladies were super sweet and so was the girl working the lobby in the morning. The evening guy wasn't friendly at all and almost seemed bothered when i asked anything. Very unpleasant. Walls are very thin and we were woken up at 3 am our first night by the couple next door having a nasty fight. Completely ruined our first night. "Definitely would stay here again! Very clean room. Friendly staff. Only thing if you’re a light sleeper, you can hear everything, (literally EVERYTHING) around your room and your neighbors but it wasn’t an issue most nights I stayed. It was overall pretty quiet at night. Loved my stay there! Great location! Everything is walking distance and you don’t have to worry about parking. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"A little gem that we found when visiting Santa Maria. Nice hotel, clean and a great friendly staff. The hotel has nice bar with a continental breakfast. Orcutt is a nice little town. You can walk to 5 or 6 nice restaurants. Orcutt is also close to numerous wineries. Going back in a couple of weeks. "
