"We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America."

"When arriving even though I arrived late in coming to the front office the next morning to check in unfortunately didn’t really get a warm welcome and we did not get any instructions on how the amenities work for the property; that we had amenities at another hotel; how does that work hours of operation anything like that.
