"Perfect in every way! The location was a safe 3 min walk to all the restaurants. The hotel itself is modern, very new and very clean! Bathroom was clean and well stocked the kitchen was well stocked had plenty of coffee and juice for my fam to get the morning started! The top terrace has the best view in town and everything is very private! I will stay here over the huge resorts everytime I visit Rocky point!!!! "Unfortunately the unit we stayed at this year was not as expected; the sliding doors were almost impossible to open and close, towel hooks were off the walls, and the appliances old. "The loation is very convenient, 2 blocks away from the border. You can easily leave your car in Arizona and walk to it and Taxi service is all around the hotel. The restaurant food is very good and the bar is nice with a relaxed ambiance. Our 2 bed room was spacious and clean. "
