This is a brand new completed house, with ocean front, this is a perfect house for a getaway to relax and enjoy with your family!!

Near services (Boutiques, Restaurants at The Grand Mayan Palace) Near House, is Mayan Palace Hotels and Facilities, you will find a lot of activities there, such as pools, lazy river, Restaurants, bar, mini shop, golf course. Home has an excellent ocean view, and you step out of the property, and within a few steps it will be the beach. You will also be able to have a nice family time, you have a Gas Bbq Grill for dinner. This is a brand new house for getaway and relax.

***Please note our home is not in the town of Puerto Peñasco. Our home is near Mayan Palace on the private beach of Playa Miramar.***
Please note this is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any substance is allowed in or around the property.
Eco-Fun occasionally comes out to the beach to offer banana boat rides, etc. they take USD and a reputable company.
There are ladies in white coats offering massages, take advantage of their service. What better way than getting a massage on the beach!!

Perfect location and lay out.
The home is absolutely gorgeous. The square footage is confusing because description is inaccurate. It is just under 3000 square feet. 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms. All suites. Living area is centered for equal access. Views are impeccable.
