During our stay, they also provide complimentary breakfast which made our stay very memorable. Location is very strategic to the train station, making our next part of journey to be easier. "I originally planned to say at a ryokan, but since I'm traveling during busy season they traditional ones were all sold out. I stumbled upon this property, and I'm so glad I did. I would recommend this property to everyone staying in Hakone. It's central, but more than that it's gorgeous. The garden itself is beautiful with cherry blossoms (during season) and koi fish. There's a hike to the Mt Fuji view which we didn't do this time. The staff member Park was absolutely helpful - she drew us maps to help us get to the Hakone Ropeway, and she drew us a map to get to our shinkansen early morning when we were checking out. There's an area where you can pour yourself speciality coffee drinks and juices out of a machine. Also the onsen experience was wonderful! We went both days during our stay. The hotel also gives you pajamas to wear and all the amenities you could need per day! 10/10 would recommend this place!!!"
