"Our family of two adults and one child called this property home upon our arrival into Tokyo and couldn't have asked for a better location. It's easy walking distance to several subway stops, the Shibuya area, and a number of local coffee places, restaurants, and shops. It was easy to find, easy to check in to, communication was great, and the personalized note and water/snacks waiting for us was a nice touch. "We had an incredible stay in Kokubunji! The neighborhood was perfect—quiet and charming yet conveniently close to all the Tokyo activities we wanted to explore. There were plenty of shops, cafes, and parks nearby, making it easy to experience both the local vibe and the Tokyo excitement. "Kevin’s house was a nice place for our family of five. Our sons (ages 24 and 17) had their own spacious room in the basement and our daughter (22) slept in the tatami room. We had enough space…which is rare in Tokyo…and we enjoyed having a quieter neighborhood to come home to after a busy day of sightseeing. "Here are the straight facts that will be helpful. 1). Very small, like very very small. While we were only three people, so it was fine, but if we had a person in each bed? That would have been way too many people sharing a single place. 2) not a single bed can handle two people. 3) kitchen is too small to actually cook but good enough to make coffee or tea in the morning. 4) very easy access to subway system. 5) several stores or places to eat, get coffee, etc within a 2 minute walk. 6) Very...
