"Fantastic location, walking distance to airport if you like a hike. Good options for breakfast. Nice room, lovely bathroom. Needed more hangers. Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Arte in Switzerland. While the service was pleasant, the hotel itself felt quite small and was not in a very accessible location. Additionally, I was disappointed that they charged for the continental breakfast, which I felt should have been included."

"The room was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed! The apartment also had bikes we could borrow, an espresso machine on the lobby, and a small gym with a sauna in the basement. The location was great for our needs but any restaurants or stores are a 10 minute walk away. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again! "
