"Great service, everyone from the desk to the staff in the bar and the shuttle driver who took us to the airport at 5am. Had a short stay before heading back to US for an early flight. Most comfortable bed we had on the entire 10 day trip "

"My hopes were not too high due to previous reviews, but i was pleasantly surprised The room was small if spending more time there, but 1 night only it was fine. I noticed immediately how spotlessly clean everything was. The bathroom especially, under the bright lights The service was ok in the bar around 11.30pm. But the best thing was when i got into bed. The sheets were starched but the bottom sheet was silky. The pillows plump and smelt so clean, I felt so cozy The towels were also clearly super clean. (I used the reception toilets whilst waiting for my lift - you could have had a meal off the floors) My only problem was the breakfast. The service was less than friendly, (i spoke both French and English because i didnt feel understood - no, it seems the 2 waiters weren't very friendly/outgoing) the offerings were not plentiful -2 fruits in a fruit salad!, no saucers, no teaspoons, half a cup of coffee, congealed eggs, rubber looking mushrooms- i wont go on. It wasnt worth 24 CHF imo WOULD I STAY THERE AGAIN? YES, but i would go to a boulangerie for breakfast The night receptionist loaned me a Samsung plug because i couldnt find my English/Swiss adaptor, so that was very helpful "

"Second stay in a matter of days . We stayed in a room at the rear of the hotel and they are so much quieter. Cracking hotel for access to the airport. Very clean and modern . Staff very friendly."

"We had an excellent stay. It was a one-night stay to be close to airport for an early-morning flight. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable. Second bed for the children was already set up when we arrived. The kids loved the foosball and billiard tables in the lobby. Staff helped us figure out public transportation and how to get into the city for dinner. Free shuttle to the airport was invaluable. Would definitely stay there again or another Intercity property."
