"The hotel pool & hot tub was dirty. Rooms were clean except the vents & filters in the heat/air, these were full of dust. For people that have allergies & asthma this wasn't good. We didn’t have hot water & when we thought we would it was only lukewarm. One of the elevators wasn’t working on Saturday.It was working the first night we got there but then stopped. The only other elevator was barely working. During checkout I had brought it up all she said was I will let the engineer know. No offer...
