"Really nice hotel next to convention center. Currently a lot of demolition going on weekdays across the street but noise stops at night. Restaurants are good when open. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. Room was in excellent condition with good cofortable bedding."

"We were stuck in KC during the blizzard on January 4, 2025. We were unable to get a flight out 4 days and nights. Our room was very clean and looked like it was recently remodeled. The lobby area was spacious and inviting. The breakfast area was nice and clean. In that the hotel was full of families which were also unexpectedly stranded, the breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up with needs but, overall, it was good. We particularly liked the Starbucks coffee machine that was available all day and night. Regular brew was free. But you could make macchiatos or lattes for $5 a cup. The hotel shuttle was a great plus when it was time to go to the airport. Our only complaint was that our room was next to the housekeeping staff room and across from the hotel laundry room. In the mornings, when they started their day, it could get loud outside our door. "
