The communication was excellent, we were able to leave bags once we arrived, before check in time. Couldnt find the luggage store (just near apartment 7 by the way) so contacted the number and someone from The Scotsman Hotel helped me. We were able to leave luggage at that hotel on our checkout day too. Would not hesitate in returning or recommending."
