"Great location - 5 minutes from main train station and in the centre of Edinburgh so could walk easily to all landmarks and restaurants. Despite great location it was quite at night. Modern and clean and no key to remember was a great idea. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again "

"An excellent property that was a perfect location for all local amenities. The tram stop was very near and there were many options for dining or having a beer. The National Portrait Gallery was only a couple of hundreds yards away and was excellent. The property was minutes away from Waverley train station. "This is student housing. We brought our own pillows from home, which I would recommend. The beds are small, but was fine for us because we were prepared for the size/situation based on other reviews. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. If you have accurate expectations you will enjoy your stay here- the staff was REALLY FRIENDLY and accommodating-- the actual room was as expected, because we were expecting a dorm room! :) "

"Great apartment! Was only here for 1 night but had everything you need for a longer stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Very easy check in and checkout process. Only recommendation is to check the temperature before people check in as the flat was 24 degree when I arrived and it was already hot outside. "
