Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond making our 4 night stay an epic ski week experience of a lifetime. We made new friends and had everything, and more even, than we needed. If we ever make it back to the area we would definitely stay here again."

"First off the reception has a strong stench of cigarette smoke. On check out the hotel demanded extra money than what was listed on the book page. They listed ¥150 per person per night which was fine however they wanted another ¥350 per person for heating cost!?!? Which was never listed during booking. The purpose of having hotel booking platforms are to list everything down so there are no surprises!"

"I have stayed in other facilities in the area which were very good, so I was disappointed in Miyashitaya. I was under the impression that the price included breakfast but it did not. There were no full sized bath towels provided, just the little Japanese onsen towel which is difficult to dry off with.
