The property was impressively clean, the room and bathroom were spotless. Staff were super friendly, parking in secured garage was awesome, breakfast was really good, bed was comfortable and all in walking distance to Main for bars, restaurants and shopping. This was our first time to Durango and loved our stay.

Gave two stars. Very disappointed when we saw a extra charge of $ 25.00 charged to our credit card. This amount was not quoted by Expedia when we booked our room. Long time Expedia customers but not sure if we will be using your app to book future rooms. Every thing was fine until we saw that additional charge. Should have been mentioned when booking room.

Room was clean, staff very friendly. I am not happy that they charge a $5 per day parking fee, just build it into the daily rate. Additionally I am furious that they added a $5 per day “Green” fee to my card on file with no notification at the hotel. I don’t support this and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. I see zero reason for extra charges upon arrival, those fees need to be built into the room rate or disclosed at the time of booking so consumers are not surprised upon arrival at the property.

Never stay in a room over the garage or on the first floor. We could hear the garage opening and shutting all night. And the people above our room played loud music all Night and you could hear kids running around and jumping off the beds
