Hosts responsive. Would book again if in the area as it was conveniently located near family I was visiting."

"Loved this apartment for the location, convenience, cleanliness, and the view. The communication isn’t too smooth because it’s a big company called Effortless Stay that manages it, but when there were internet issues they were on top of it. It took some time to get the internet back but they were nice. Before renting it I asked about the rooftop events and I didn’t get any response. Other than that this place had everything we wanted."

"Park the car and walk to nearly everything in Golden even hiking trails. Space in this full bedroom condo is thoughtfully laid out with everything needed like plugs and lights on both sides of the bed to a kitchen supplied with the essentials but with all the restaurants a short walk away why cook. This was our second stay and won’t be our last! "
