Bed/Pillow/Duvet: they are all soft, comfortable Onsen (Roof top): the most beautiful view you can get for the outdoor with 2 round tub. There is also a small cold bath and a sauna. Spacious onsen and plenty of showers ensure its not crowded. Indoor onsen temperature is hotter than outdoor. Onsen (Basement): An outdoor and an indoor with sauna. Outdoor onsen temperature is hotter than indoor. A beautiful garden right in front of the outdoor. Dining hall: Overseeing the lake and snow in winter. Food: I had the breakfast and its has great mix of traditional Japanese and western delights. Food was great as a whole. Lobby: there is a large resting area with books for you to relax and read. In addition, there is a bar serving drinks and you can sit indoor enjoying the wonderful view of the lake. Service: excellent as a whole. Staffs speaks "
