"We arrived before check in and the hotel offered to hold our luggage for us so we could explore Chitose without something rolling behind us. Then when we checked in, the staff put our luggage in our room! What a surprise and such a kind thought. Breakfast offered a lot of local favorites with a variety of choices. "Huge resort, very spacious and really excellent buffet spread. The onsen is great, easy parking, and it's close to the highway hence easy to get anywhere. Getting out to the nice restaurants requires only a short drive downtown. The rooms ans facilities are a bit old and dated but it is good value."

"We had a very nice week-long stay at this hotel. It was easily accessible by bus and about a15-minute walk to the train station. After not finding a car to rent online, we were able to find one at the property next door. It is close to many places to eat and to convenience stores. Sapporo, beach locations, a main commercial avenue in Tomakomai and Chitose airport are all accessible by bus. However the nearby mountain lake was not, hence the need for a car. We stayed there because of the proximity to the ferry. The room is small but very well distributed with all comforts covered. The outside and neighbour noise was minimal. The breakfast was a delight each morning. It is a good base even without a car."
