The one downside was that there was an electricity outage for 45 minutes making elevator access and room facilities unavailable- it was during the middle one day so possibly less of an issue for most guests, but still surprising to happen at this kind of property. Perhaps it was unusual."

I gone around 11pm to check for taxi and he said there in only one taxi is for entire hotel and I asked "how come this is a 3 star hotel with one taxi ?". And then it gone bad. On his look. I don't think he was suitable for desk job. I have been in many hotels including abroad and this was first time I have seen such an idiot on front desk. Its high time when hotel management should look into this."
