"I liked the service it was outstanding. The bar tender on the second floor Pavan Kodagali went above and beyond what we asked of him. He fixed any issue that came up and very quickly. He spoke excellent English which made it so much easier to explain issues. The location was so close to two big malls you could walk to.. I honestly can not say anything bad about this hotel. If I had to it would be there isn't a Le Meridien where we are going next year. t"

"It’s great ancient hotel . Probably would have been good 10 years ago. We had no additional indoor shoes , extra toiletries in the room. The touch screens to the lights weren’t working . Pretty outdated location for the price of the property . Staff was amazing ! "

"Sheraton hotel was clean, customer service was good, we had an issue with the clogged bathroom, water was backing up after shower. We informed customer service and they promptly moved us to different room. Breakfast spread was amazing, we really enjoyed food at Sheraton. "
